Some services may be available as part of custom packages or recurring management plans.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date brand information and materials
Approve product designs, pricing, and fulfillment options in a timely manner
Comply with all relevant laws and platform policies (e.g., Shopify, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Ensure any submitted content does not infringe on third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

All custom designs, branding materials, and digital assets created by Viral Merch Studio remain the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

However, any tools, templates, or systems developed by Viral Merch Studio remain the property of Viral Merch Studio and may not be duplicated or redistributed without permission.

6. Payments & Fees

All fees will be outlined in your custom proposal or service agreement. Payments must be made in full before production or service commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in delays or service suspension.

7. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

We partner with trusted manufacturing and fulfillment providers to deliver products on behalf of our clients. Estimated timelines and shipping costs will be provided during onboarding.

While we aim for timely fulfillment, shipping delays due to third-party providers or customs are outside of our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

As products are made-to-order, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving the item.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access for clients who breach these Terms or engage in harmful, illegal, or unethical behavior.

10. Liability Limitation

Viral Merch Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Service.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law
